Runtime is completely blurry and out of scale.

Hi, I am a beginner programmer and am having some issues with Visual Studio. My design view is fine as shown in the attached image, but when I run the program it makes all my images larger and the text in the CLOSE button becomes blurry. Please help. I'm really new at this. Thanks

I notice your files are .cs ones (C#), as this is a VB.Net forum you should take this issue with a C# forum. There is one for example here: C# Developer Forums
