Resetting Screen View Default

It seems I have altered my intial default screen format when in the design view. I only have a new blank form when I open a new project. No properties window, toolbox, solution explorer etc. I can get to each of those by opening them thru View, but I have to go to the work of placing them on the page, basicall.

How do I reset the default view that I'm used to, with Properties and Solution Explorer on the right, etc.?

Have you tried selecting Window then Reset Window Layout? If so, did it have any effect?
