One of our clients is looking for a Senior Programmer (VB.NET) (Team Lead), who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Our client is a European Medicals Supply Company looking to strengthen their Singapore based Software Development Center which develops custom software programs for medical equipments. This is an excellent chance to get into a company that values Employee Growth and Talent Management. The company believes in training and development, therefore candidates with great potential and good education would be considered for junior/senior roles, as appropriate.
The Company:
- Regional office of a European lab technology/medical supplies company.
- They provide customized medical equipment solutions for hospitals and NGOs.
- In Singapore, they started off as a medical software development company. Now they also support the medical export business of their headquarters.
Requirements:
- Very Proficient in VB.NET programming (Mandatory Skill)
- GUI Development experience with "Developer Express .NET components"
- Ability to port C# / C++ / Java codes to VB.NET
- Experience in using Microsoft SQL
- Ability to create developer friendly library based on detailed technical specifications
- Able to tackle software issues independently
- Team player
Other Highly Desirable experience:
- Knowledge of medical related standards (e.g. HL7 / DICOM)
- (Dicom 3D using WPF 3D / OpenGL)
- Versioning control systems such as Subversion / CVS
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, optimize and test windows based software using .NET technology
- Object-oriented application development with logical and analytical thinking
- Complete Software Development Life Cycle
- Participate in system analysis and design of software architecture
- (Senior position: Leading other team members into completion of project)
