Problem while creating a setup project for web service!

Hi all,
How can I create a setup project for a web service. I'm using visual studio 2005 and I tried to add the setup project to the existing web service project. But when I ran the setup, It merely copied all the source code and folders to the virtual directory and It is not compiling the code. How can I publish the service using the setup. Thanks in Advance.
