I've written a web service and published it up to our web server. I am now trying to add the web reference to a vb.net project. After typing in the web services URL I'm able to see the public functions in the preview window but am getting an error in the "Web services found at this URL:" text box. The error says "There was an error downloading 'https://URLofMyWebService/webservice.asmx'.
The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF" and the Add Reference button stays disabled. Anyone seen this b4?
