Question Post a new thread button

I can only find this button under the forum feedback forum, I need to post a thread to vb.net, where's the post new thread button for that???

It's always the first menu item on the "Forum Tools". If you go to the VB.NET General Discussion you'll see the "Forum Tools" in the same spot as here in the Forum Feedback.

Thanks, the button wasnt appearing anywhere, I even got 2 other people to have a look for it, I then found it only appears when you actually go into a forum. Thanks for your help, it was driving me mad!!
