Populating a Listview from a Database

Anyone can tell me how I can to populate a ListView with data from a Access Database? Really, what is the syntax to Add a row, for example, from the NAME, EMAIL, etc columns?

Another alternative is to use a subClassed dataBound listview. MSDN has a great article that shows how to create this control here: Creating a Data Bound ListView Control
