Question Picture Box help

Please I need help. I'm new to this so bare with me.

1) I want to load an Image in a Picture box (with this I have no problem)

2) Set a point X, Y in the Image I have loaded

3) As soon as a colour(say red) passes point X, Y of the Image, the mouse then click at another point(X, Y) on the screen.

4) I want this to Loop until I press the end Button.

I'm afraid your 3) doesn't make any sense to me. Where is this colour coming from (or going to)? Do you mean that you want to create a kind of Turing machine out of your picture, ie. the colour at a particular point determines an action, say changing the colour and then moving to another point on the picture?
