There are several forums here you may find threads regarding tutorials, "Web Resources" in VS section, "Articles Of Interest" in The Break Room section, all forums in Books-Reading List section. Except that use your favorite internet search "vb.net tutorials" or for more specific topics search "vb.net {the topic} tutorial".
