Need book on using VS2005 IDE

I am new to the Visula Stuido IDE and would like a good reference book on how to use it. I have Visula Studio.net "Tips and Tricks" which was worth the 15 bucks I paid for it but was not really what I needed.

So, my question is does anyone have a suggestion for a beginning to Intermediate book on the IDE?

JohnH that looks good. I will read it tonight but it mostly covers enhancements from 2003. Maybe I need to start with 2003 and work up there seems to be lots on 2003. But I do not see much coming out until Aug of this year on 2005.
