multiple collapsable groupBox

Hi,

i would like to create groupbox like the one attached using vb.net and want to have big icons in it.
there should be a 3 group box and at any given time any one should be fixed..

id it possible to created such one... i am trying to include such in my acadymic project....

please help me...
