The procedure entry point_GetIUMS@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

i receive above message when i try to run my system on other pc. Can some one tell me how to solve above problem?

I found the same googling around, they all say (re-)install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8 or later.

i do install the MDAC 2.8 for Miscrosoft website, but still cannot work. Any other solution?
