MS Access Question

I have a database with the names of path/file names, for example text files ... how do i let the user specify which filename he/she wants to read and stream the output onto a RichTextBox .. ?

The above is for using a OpenFileDialog, i want something similiar to the following attached program, just that i want it to read and stream text files.
