Menu bar

i want to build a menu bar that could be able to adapt to the language defined by the user, , have 2 diferent languages so the user can choose between them:
EN :->...File........Edit......(...)...Help
SP:_> ...Archivo...Editar...(...)...Ayuda
(...)
the error messages and general text also must be shown in both languages

I know is dificult, but is it possible? How?

Isn't too difficult, use resource files.
