make windows buttons and datagrid resize to windows

hi i like to know how to make the forms buttons and text and data... auto adjust when windows Maximize or minimaze..because when its big i can see everything fine and when i restore to a smaller window the buttons are on the bottom and cant see them...

basically i want everything to look in the same position whether its a small window or big or at least that it has scroolbars if i see it small

Take a look at the Control.Anchor and Control.Dock properties.
