Question Magelo Style Popup?

I know this probably isn't the best site to post this question to. But after paging through Google for a few hours to no resolve, I'm lost.

Magelo - EQ - Bags

I want to know what this site is using for it's item description popups and if possible, how to reduplicate the effect. I love the effect. It seems to be using java. However, when I pull the page desktop side, it loses the popup effect. Any help would be much appreciated.

It is using a Javascript DHtml script to add/remove/position a DIV element with the Html Onmouse-events. Search for "Javascript tooltip" and you should find plenty such scripts.

Thank god, I knew you would know. Thanks, I never knew it was a Dhtml (I didn't know such a thing existed) Now I'm all toasty and ready to go web programming crazy.
