Question Keeping data base and files up to date

Hello, I have this problem, and you can help me for sure. I have "n" quantity of computers who have their own data base they go and work of line every one in their own DB. After a time they come back to the office and they update the "central database" and we need them to have the updated database in every computer. I realy do not have any idea in how to do that. We need your help urgently. The DB is Access .mdb, the program is in VB.Net 2008, framework 3.5.
