Is there any problem running both vb.net and vb application at the same time?

I am planning to run parrellel both vb6 application (exsiting system) and vb.net application (pending for development) but I am not sure whether there will b any problem or conflict between them. Is there any reference page mentioning this issue. Thanks for helping a newbie here

there arent any problems running vb6, vb 2002/2003 and vb2005 all on the same machine at the same time

the three IDE's are all independent fo each other and are un-aware of the other IDE's
