Is it possible to create Outlook forms in VB.NET?

I wonder if it is possible to use VB.NET 2005 Standard to create forms and macros for any of MS Office 2003 suite especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. I could use the Outlook form designer to create but I thought it would be easier if it is possible under VB.Net. For doing what I wanted to do, is the Standard version enough or do I need the Pro edition?

There is a version of Visual Studio 2005 specifically for Office development and it costs the same as the Professional version.

Thank you for the response. I just found a comparison chart and I did see that. The problem is I also like to have the features of the Pro version too. And to get that, I have to go with the Team System edition which I'm at the moment I'm not looking to pay that much for the Team edition.
