Question IRR Calculation

Dear All

I am new in VB.Net 2008 and I am looking for code to calculate IRR.

I have three Field available
A. Loan Amount
B. Installment Amount
C. Period
D. Mode of Payment

Basis of above I want to find out Flat Rate of Interest and IRR (Internal rate of interest).

I will be highly thankful if anybody can provide me code for same
