Install Directory

I have VB.net Express but am more familar with old VB5.

Anyway I can not seem to figure out how to set the INSTALL path to:

C:\program files\myprogram\

I can only find "Publishing Location" within my Project properties and this seems to build the project files to this location. However, where can I set the install path? The method of deployment is simply to copy the files to a CD or my flash drive and running the setup program.
