I've recently noticed that when you edit a post, it doesn't do the in the thread editing anymore, it takes you to a separate edit page.

Yeah, I wasn't sure people would not to click "Go Advanced" and they have to do this in order to change their thread title prefix so I took out the quick edit step. Let me know if the consensus is to leave as is or bring back the quick edit, keep in mind the prior discussion on updating thread prefixes, to answered/resolved.

Ok, that makes sense, I just wasn't sure why it'd been removed before.

I also noticed that when I edited another person's thread to add the [ code] tags, it didn't show the italic line at the bottom that I'd edited the post (I always leave a reason when I edit other peoples posts)

That "may" be because of your super-mod status here you don't see them but they do. Try logging out and viewing the post and see if they appear. Just guessing!

Scratch that, makes no sense! Not sure would be my final answer! :)
