importing coma seperated text file in to ORACLE 10g

Hello, Well !! I am new bee with ORACLE, currently my application is built in VB.NET with SQL server, Now we switched to ORACLE 10g, coming to the point... we have to import coma delimited text file in to a table, Earlier we were using bulk copy utility ( BCP ) of SQL server, we dont know alternative utilityin ORACLE, Please guy help me out to solve this problem....Thanks in advance.Dev
