Question I get a error message when run a simple programe

I get a error message when run a simple programme in vb .net.

I have simply added a label , a text box and a button to the form and not any code.

When I simply Start Debugging it gives the following error.

When we are write a small program in vb.net then set the message box means write the validation code.
