How To Use Panel

I am doing in windows application.database is access.

I put one listbox and button control on the panel . I want to call that panel in my form as a usercontrol/activex. My form contains one textbox with a small "down arrow " button in that text box(it looks exactly same as combo box).If u click the down arrow button in the text box, i want to open that panel(like combo box).Totally it acts like combo one.If u click the button control in the panel it will open another form.as that the way i want to create

any help?

Nikki why are you trying to reinvent the wheel? There is a comboBox control with all the features you want ... if you want to have something additionally then its far better if you start with inheriting combo then above explained plan.

YEAH but i want to additionally one button with combo functionality.is it possible?
