How to show % in a Progressbar retrive info from Access db

I like to know how to retrive porcentage from an Access db and Show in a Progressbar.how I like to know how to convert hole numbers in porcentage

for example if in a field of access db I have in a progressbarA 5000 show in porcentage
if I have in other ProgressbarB 1000 show in porcentage, but I like if a add
1000 more or whatever progressbar. Iwant to show the progressbar color and porcentage advance depend on the number and subtrac porcentage in other progressbar.
