Question how to send a file to any webserver

In my project one task is there in that one logfile is sent to any webserver.For Example("http://www.espiaovirtual.com/ev/upload.php").How to send a logfile to any webserver.To avoid that issue please help me.

If you want to upload a file then the simplest option is My.Computer.Network.UploadFile.
