How to open *.btr file?

Hello,
i would like to know, how to open *.btr database in vb.net. I know which data are contained in this database, but i don't know how to get it.

If you want to treat it as a database then you'll need an OLE DB provider or ODBC driver for that data source installed on your computer. You can then connect like for any other database.
