can any1 teach me how to create SQL Server database (.mdf) and how to insert data?

there are many ways to create database. For one there is server exploter in visial studio .net. you can use tools that come with sql server or you can use some third party software (msde manager). or you can simply create your own sql scripts and execute it on command prompt
