How to capture the posted data from the Internet Explorer to my VB or C# Win App?

Hi developers,
Any one has an idea about capturing the posted data from the Internet Explorer to the server, if you using Windows Application in C#?

It means, how can I capture the data entered in the fields a form in a web page in the IE, before it is send to the server?!!!


Any simple ideas will be appreciated
