To add pictures to your post, simply attach the image file to the post via the 'Manage Attachments' section. Also note that this is not available in the QuickReply.
The other way to add an image is to use the 'Insert Image' option that'll let you insert a url to the image, this is avaible in the both the QuickReply and the advanced editor.
