i have two question about the development process in software companies
1- how big successful software companies work? how did they divide the big project on each developer ? how big projects get done? ,,
2- if the developer stops at something he could search the documentation but sometimes there is some questions and also bugs can't be searched you just don't know how to find the solution so. you need to ask like in forums but this may be late response sometimes. is there any way to get help from the web about some problem or question faster?
is there any resources(pages or blogs ,,) about software companies development process that could answer my questions on the top?
