Question How i connect a storeprocedure with asp.net

Hi I am new in Asp.net.I use visual studio 2005 and sql server 2005,trying to do asp.net. but i can't figure it out how i can use and connect storeprocedure in asp.net code for some query.
i will really happy to get solution from anyone.
