How can i delete or move a thread?

Hi,
I was about to post a thread regarding listview control and I posted my question in the GUI section, Then I suddenly found that there is a section entirely for LIstViews/Treeviews. Then I tried to delete my thread and repost it again. For that when i hovered my mouse over the edit button its showing edit/delete thread. But I'm not able to do that. In this scenario how can I move or delete a thread?

PM a moderator, letting them know the post you want deleted, especially if you have "cross-threaded" or "double-posted"...
