How can i change/move controls in runtime using crystal report using ASP.Net

Hi Every body,
I have one requirement is there regarding adhoc Reports in .Net
My user select tables, columns etc. and create query using Query we can create a one sample design, the user has a flexible to move, delete, add, change fonts of design. Every thing can be done dynamically(runtime) only. and he save the design and open the design etc..
Is there any 3rd party components or tools available for .net

I am confusing, how to start this requirement
