Horizontal Scrollbar for WebBrowser control?

Hopefully somebody has found the solution to this, since I can't find it on the net. By default, the WebBrowser control doesn't have a horizontal scrollbar, and doesn't have a setting that i can see to force it to appear.

So, how do we make it show up all the time? As it sits, if it isn't explicitly told how to display a page within the html itself, it will wrap anything it can, and that just won't do.

That's how all Web browsers work because that's how HTML is supposed to work. The WebBrowser control uses the IE rendering engine and that's how IE works.
