hi all,
i am currently involved in a web project which resembles a web portal. The client wants the registered users of this site to have a mail account whose space will obviously be provided by the client's domain. I want to know the basic of-
1. when the user registers him/her self, how do i assign a mail account to him/her, say for example, the site is www.abc.com, now when an user registers here, he/she will get a mail account of the form user@abc.com.
2. I will have to give the users an inbox option, compose option and other option. I can build the compose section, but have no idea about the inbox section.
In short, i have to build a site like that of rediffmail or mail.yahoo.
Please help...what am i supposed to study and where can i get the materials to study, please help.
