Question Form inside an application

Good morning,

First of all, sorry form my english.

I'm doing an add-on for Flight Simulator 2004 & FSX, i need to include my vb form inside this application, I get trough Spyxx the Class and string name windows handle for the game to use with findwindows. i would know the code to include the form in FS2004 or FSX.
