Anyone have experience with Expression Encoder? I use Camtasia 5 to create video tutorials and I'm experimenting with using Silverlight to present them. I produce the Camtasia 5 videos to Windows Media (WMV) files. I have a 7.5 MB file that I can show in Windows Media Player but if I encode this for use with Silverlight, the filesize grows. Depending on settings this 7.5 MB "source" file can become 30 MB. I tried tuning everything down but it will still grow by several megs. Ultimately it would be great if it could REDUCE the file size as that's always the goal for web based streaming.
