Emebeding Files in the Resource HELP...

Can some on help me, i need to embed a few DLL files and a txt file in the resource of my exe file so all i need is the exe to run the program. What i am doing is i have Windows Media Player and Flash in my program ans it requires these dll files to be with the exe. I just want the exe to beable to run by its self. Can anyone help? You don't embed DLL files in an EXE. DLL files must be loaded by the Framework from disc.
