Question Email account creator

Hi,

I am a new VB.NET coder, I know how to create simple applications and navigate around the visual studio.

I want to create a piece of software for Windows Forms that will auto create random hotmail,yahoo,wordpress.com,tumblr etc accounts and save the account information into a .txt file each time it is run.

The software must use user input private proxy servers, etc.

Please can someone tell me where to start, any tutorials, tips, guides etc as I have no clue where to start, I am learning and each time I create a new application I learn more, sorry if this sort of stuff gets added all the time I just want to learn .

Maybe ask hotmail,yahoo,wordpress.com,tumblr etc what they think about that.
