Hey guys I would like to develop the random quiz game in .NET.
This game is already done in Android

Oh yeah, just let me buy an Android phone, download that game, install it, play it, work out how to build it in .NET and then explain it all to you. While I'm doing that, you just sit there and take it easy. In fact, let me fan you with a palm leaf and feed you grapes at the same time. Alternatively, if you want to build a .NET app then how about you use some the many, many resources out there to learn how to build a .NET app. When you have a specific question about something you're having an issue with, then you could post that question here and we could help you solve that problem.
