Detecting the close of a form.

I am writing a multi form application and the first form is designed to let the user select which form they want to work with. When the user selects a certain form a list box is populated with the name of that form(or rather the function of that form).

I am researching a way to detect the forms close and to subsequently remove the "name" of that form from the list box and to also be able to switch focus between forms using the list box's collection. For right now I have taken away the users ability to even start multiple forms with form1.showdialog(Me). Though I would rather the user be able to use multiple forms at one time. Also I cannot get my menu items to remove checks next to running forms. Any suggestions? ¿ Here is the code for my main form:

Add a property into the other forms and a private member variable.

VB.NET:

Then overload the sub new of the form to accept a listbox as an argument.

Then open up the forms closing event and remove the item from the listbox there..


VB.NET: 
Me.MainListBox.Items.Remove(Item you want to remove)

You could then use .show instead of .showdialog.

It is underlining the instance variable I use to declare my form.

Never mind guys I figured it out. Doh...
