Deploy a completed window form aplication with database?

I have being trying to deploy (publish), a window form application using Visual studio 2008, so that the database files can be deployed along with it, but i was unable to do that. i tried using SQL server 2005 and Access 2003 database. Things still remain thesame. the application should be a standalone application.

If you have added a SQL Server Express or Access data file to your project and then published, the data file should be included in the ClickOnce package by default. How EXACTLY are you determining that it's not?
