Question datagridview columns

hi
i have adatagridview1and coulmn called itemnameand function called decrypt
i want decrypt this coulmn after filling it with the decryption field

No you don't. It has already been explained in your other thread that this is NOT the correct way to go about it. Why would you display the encrypted data first? Does the user need to see the encrypted data? I would think not, so don;t show it to them.
