Datagrid Events solution required

Hi I am very new for vb.net.
Presently i am working on Enterprise management system based on my previous vb experience.
I am facing a problem now on datagrid events.
Here i am generating the activity start date and end dates .Now If i change the startdate i need to change my plan accordingly(like microsoft project management).

Any one please help me on which event i can go for this.For startdate i am using datetime picker.

Actualy i am working on enterprise management sysytem.
Here my project lead enters the project start time and endtime,Activities,Activities wise estimate.
My application need to generate activity wise starttime,Endtime,No.of resources required to complete it.When ever system generate starttime,endtime of activities if project lead is not comfortable with that he will change those dates so,with respect to those timings i need to generete the alternative plan.here i have generated the column style as datepicker.But i don't know which event in datagrid will support to do this.

Please help me on this.
