When I try to view the Database Diagrams for the sample Northwind.mdf database (which accompanied SQL Server 2000), the SQL Server 2005 reports the following error:
"Database diagram support object can not be installed because this database does not have a valid owner"
I tried to change the owner of the database, by choosing each available user in the list (it does not accept any other) but nothing helps.
If anybody can guide how to overcome this problem and oblige.
