I have a situation where I am reading an excel workbook into a dataset. In some cases the workbook was created using a different culture code than the one on the machine that is reading it. This causes problems when translating dates. I need to determine the cuture code setting that was used to create the workbook so that I can determine the proper way to decipher the dates.
I have not been able to find a means to do this. Any and all suggestions would be helpful.
