Crystal Report formatting problem

I have developed a 5 pages of crystall report template. My showing from the application some of machines are showing good formatting and some of machines (sply laptops) are showing bad formatting (Showing 7 pages, big width, some pages no data).

I tried so many ways but couldnot understand, what is the problem?

If anybody face same problem, share with me.

Look for differences in printers...

I would start be comparing the printers on the effected machines, It may have something to do with the default printer selection and the default printer setup on the laptops.
Next I would print a correct report and and incorrect report and compare them line by line. Does the incorrect report seem to have (xnumber) fewer lines per page. Perhaps there is a problem with margins/lines per page calculations.
Screen resolution could be an issue.


I do not have a specific answer, but I hope this gives you some ideas on where to investigate and hopefully solve the issue.

The investigation has been success. Now all reports are working fine
