I have a large application that I have converted from VB6 to VB.net (2008 express). I have everyting cleaned up and the app is generally working well. However, one thing I have been pulling my hair out on; the manu short cut keys don't work either in the MDI parent or the MDI children.
I have created a simple MDI test app as a new project and the menu shortcut keys work just as I would expect. I have poored over the properties for the MDI parent form and menus and compared to my converted project and cannot find a missing setting.
I have created an entirely new menustrip in my converted app but still not luck.
Any ideas on why my converted project won't process the shortcut keys properly?
